At XactAudio, our goal is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We take pride in the quality of all the products we sell and offering great customer service is our number one priority. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund (minus shipping and handling charges) or exchange it for a new item within 14 days of purchase. Claims for missing or damaged items in transit must me made within 3 days of receipt of merchandise. For custom built orders there will be a 30% restocking fee. Returns will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. No exchange, returns or price adjustment on items marked as final sale. All return or exchange items must be in new condition, in their original box, and must include all content such as: warranty cards, manuals and accessories.

How to return or exchange your purchase:

1. In order to return or exchange an item you must first obtain Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA).

2. To request an RMA number by phone please call (208) 860-9559

3. You will receive an RMA number via email with the address where to send your return.

4. Please do not write or place any shipping labels on the original manufacturer's packaging.

5. Write clearly the RMA number on the outer box.
